Terms of use

These terms govern the use of TLDL, the service of Pletti Manfredi (VAT number 03095610303) that summarizes voice notes forwarded on WhatsApp. By writing to TLDL you accept them. The Italian version prevails in case of differences.

1. The service

You forward a voice note to TLDL and receive a written summary with the main information and the to-dos. The service runs on WhatsApp and depends on its availability.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 14 years old. If you are under 18, use TLDL with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Available summaries

On first use you receive a number of free summaries, stated in the welcome message. Each summarized voice note uses one; voice notes we cannot process or deliver are not deducted. Free summaries have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Any paid plans will be described with prices and conditions before purchase.

4. Content you forward

You are responsible for the voice notes you forward. Only forward content you are entitled to share and respect the privacy of the speaker. Do not use TLDL for unlawful content, to harass others or to circumvent the limits of the service.

5. Artificial intelligence and errors

Summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions. They do not replace the original message: for important decisions, always check the voice note. If you find an error, use the "Report a problem" button or write report followed by the problem.

6. Usage limits

To protect the service we apply reasonable limits, for example on voice note length and on the number of messages in a given period. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep TLDL running, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate summaries or from the service being unavailable. The rights that the law grants to consumers are not affected.

8. Personal data

How we process data is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you in the chat before they apply.

10. Governing law

Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
